Explore your inner strenght through Music

  • Playing music can make you feel relieve from your stress
  • you can explore your deeper inner strenght
  • If you are working very hard you then need some break from your burdensome work
  • just put your music on in your computer
  • sound it loud and continue on working
  • this really works for me and I believe can also work for you
  • so do not waste your time if you feel overloaded with your work one of the method is listening to music

Music Education is a Must

  • Playing music is really interesting
  • During my Childhood when I was in the Elementary School at Sacred Heart School Peking
  • The Schools are obliging us to take a music lesson
  • There are many instruments that we can choose, from Violin, Piano, Mandolin, Guitar, Cello and other instruments
  • The interesting part is that in the Concert Hall in such School, there are pictures of the Musicians such as Mozart, Beethoven, Bach where we as students have to know the name and the date of birth of such Musicians.
  • There will be a day where there will be orchestra held by all the students
  • So we can see that this Sacred Heart School is just a normal International School, but they had adopted an education system that Music is a must to be taken by the students
  • The Orchestra Hall was also huge which is really amazing
  • it was back to 1960 ies when I was in the elementary school, which was really shaping my mind in responding to music live.

Music as Therapy

  • music is really a therapy
  • when you feel stress or stuck
  • you better play music either organ or guitar or just sing out loud so that you can express out your feelings and astonishing you will feel relieved after playing for 15 minutes
  • it is really working for me
  • you must not run from your problems
  • you have to face it
  • but in order to get you into a normal situation you sometimes needs some output of your headaches and stressful feelings
  • one of the method which works for me is just simply hearing music or play music or just sing out loud.
  • You can try this method
