Music as Therapy

  • music is really a therapy
  • when you feel stress or stuck
  • you better play music either organ or guitar or just sing out loud so that you can express out your feelings and astonishing you will feel relieved after playing for 15 minutes
  • it is really working for me
  • you must not run from your problems
  • you have to face it
  • but in order to get you into a normal situation you sometimes needs some output of your headaches and stressful feelings
  • one of the method which works for me is just simply hearing music or play music or just sing out loud.
  • You can try this method
